Not yet, unfortunately. Currently the only place you can buy Looms is where you are – our website!
Do you offer free delivery?
Currently we offer free shipping in the US! Delivery to other countries incurs a delivery fee.
Do you have a Christmas returns policy?
Yes we do. We know how busy this period can be and we don’t want you worrying about rushing to return your slippers. Slippers that are bought in December can be returned until 15 January.
Can I return my Looms?
Yes. We offer a 30 day return policy. Please see this policy here.
Do you offer a referral program?

How can I unsubscribe from emails?
There is an unsubscribe button in the footer of all emails. If you can’t find it, please contact us here.
Something is wrong with my Looms...
Don’t worry, the perpetrator will found and fired! We joke, but we are sorry to hear that. Please get in touch with us here and we will get you a new pair that is up to our high standards.
Are Looms unisex?
They sure are! Please use our sizing guide on our product pages to make sure you get the perfect fit.
Do Looms have arch support?
Not really. Looms have a relaxed fit with the sole made up of spongy soft woollen felt and natural cork.
Can I use my own insoles with Looms?

Please use our sizing charts that are on our product pages. Hopefully this answers most of your questions. If you still want to know more information, please contact us here. Looms fit true to size so if like a roomier fit with your slippers please go a size up.
Are Looms suitable for wide feet?

Can I track my delivery?
Absolutely! We know how exciting and reassuring this can be! Please click the tracking link in your fulfilment confirmation email for this functionality.
I've purchased but I haven't got a confirmation email, what should I do?
Hmm, this is odd but it does happen on rare occasions. Please check your spam/junk folder and if it isn’t there, please get in touch with us here and we’ll sort it out. Often the cause is typos during the checkout process.
My tracking number doesn't work. Help?

How do I cancel my order?
Impulse purchase? Not quite sure yet? No worries! If you need to cancel we can do this before you order has been despatched – so please get in touch with us quickly! If your Looms are already zipping their way to you – we encourage you to give them a try. Before you make up your mind, remember your life pre Looms and how dull and colorless it was. If for some outrageous reason you still don’t want them then please consult our return policy!
Are my payment details safe and secure on your website?
Absolutely. Our website is ssl encrypted for security.
How should I clean and care for my Looms?
We suggest cleaning your Looms with a damp cloth should they need it. They should not go in a washing machine. Given the natural wool fibers they are far more odour resistant than synthetic slippers so there is seldom the need to clean or care for them.
